Here the initial steps to becoming an AMUPEF advisor will be explained, as well as the different types of partners and the benefits each receives.

Member Service

This module focuses on best practices for providing excellent member service, including specific tips and techniques to improve service quality.

Payments and Subscriptions

The different payment methods and types of subscriptions available will be covered, as well as how to manage them effectively.

Commercial Conditions and Schedules

This module covers the trading conditions that advisors should be aware of, including commissions, bonuses, and refund policies. A schedule with key dates will also be presented.

Affiliations and Control

The communication channels available, how to affiliate new members and how the control and supervision of affiliations is carried out will be explained.

Marketing and Sales Strategies

Here, effective strategies for marketing AMUPEF products and services will be addressed, including how to use tools such as CRM.

AMUPEF Specific Areas

This module focuses on specific areas of AMUPEF, such as vocational training, loan management, dentistry, health, insurance and tourism.

Shortcuts and Documents

It will explain how to access the different platforms and where to find important documents, templates and forms that may be necessary.
