Module III: Legal Notions and Human Rights: Legal foundations, human rights, specific CABA legislation, and permitted and prohibited actions for security guards.
Module IV: Building Safety: Security in different facilities, evacuation plans, and management of specific situations in various types of buildings.
Module V: Fight Against Fire: Basic knowledge about fires, use of extinguishing equipment, and evacuation plans.
Module VI: Basic Rules of Customer Service: Human relations, effective communication, conflict management, and ethical principles in the role of the guard.
Module VII: Weapons Handling: Theoretical concepts on the safe handling of firearms in CABA.
