Fundamental Components of the Electronic System

This unit introduces the essential elements that make up a washing machine's electronic system. It covers the basic operating concepts of the noise suppressor, the door lock assembly, and the solenoid valves, analyzing their role within the overall circuit. The objective is to understand how these components work together with the control board to ensure the appliance's operability.

Electrical and Electromechanical Components

This unit analyzes the main electrical and electromechanical elements present in electronic washing machines. It addresses the functions and diagnostics of components such as the heating element, NTC sensor, drain pumps, capacitor, and actuators. In addition, it includes the operation of the carbon-brush motor, its characteristics, and preventive maintenance points.

Electronics and Fault Diagnosis

This unit covers the electronic elements that regulate and control the washing machine's operation. Actuators or torques, the analysis of electronic boards, the interpretation of electrical schematics, and the use of error lists to detect faults are studied. An essential unit to deepen the repair of modern equipment with electronic control.

Gearbox replacement in Gafa washing machine

In this unit we will address one of the most specific tasks within the repair of electronic washing machines: the gearbox replacement in Gafa models. Common causes that require this intervention will be analyzed, the internal structure of the unit will be reviewed, and a step-by-step explanation will be provided on how to perform an efficient, safe, and durable replacement.

Theoretical Resource of the Electronic Washing Machines Course

This theoretical unit gathers in a structured way all the fundamental concepts covered throughout the course, allowing you to review and reinforce the technical knowledge acquired. It contains detailed information on each of the washing machine's electrical and electronic components, their operation, possible faults, and the appropriate methods for diagnosis and repair. Its reading is recommended prior to any technical intervention.
