International Tourism Geography and Hospitality Fundamentals
Unit 2 focuses on exploring the tourism geography of different regions of the world, as well as providing an introduction to the fundamental concepts of hospitality. In this unit, students will gain knowledge about international tourism destinations and understand the basic principles of hotel management.

Reservations, Sales and Customer Service Management
Unit 3 focuses on key aspects related to reservation management, sales strategies, food and beverage service, guest service and the importance of travel agencies. In this unit, students will gain practical knowledge of hotel operations management and customer satisfaction.
