About This Course
In this Course the Student will learn how to carry out, in a technical and well-founded manner, different types of procedures before the databases of Veraz, Nosis, and the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic.
The course will cover interpretation of credit reports, debt classification, the exercise of rights to update, rectify, and delete data, and the formal procedure within the Veraz platform.
The Student will understand when it is appropriate to request data deletion, how to handle cases of paid-off or time-barred debts, and what documentation must be gathered to properly support each claim.
In addition, an operational step-by-step guide will be developed to act as a claims agent, minimizing errors and increasing the effectiveness of requests.
This Course is aimed at those who wish to begin activity as claims agents, expand administrative services, or gain an in-depth understanding of how credit registries operate in Argentina.
