About This Course
This course has been designed to address the demands of national government agencies, which have expressed the need to train public servants in the field of occupational safety and hygiene, as well as in the prevention of avoidable accidents through the identification of potential risks in their work environment.
The implementation of workplace safety and hygiene standards aims primarily to create conditions that take general risks into account and enable the establishment of necessary measures to reform work practices, thereby reducing the likelihood of accidents occurring. In addition, these standards promote improvements in job performance and the reduction of both human and economic costs resulting from workplace accidents.
In this regard, our course seeks to raise awareness about the importance of an introduction to occupational safety and hygiene, as well as the recognition of existing prevention and safety systems.
