School Administration and Student Guidance
About This Course
This course aims to provide training focused on systematizing its educational role in the area of school coexistence, enhancing aspects present in the current performance of the role, and offering a set of tools and strategies for positive intervention in the everyday issues of school coexistence.
When we talk about the preceptor and their interventions in education and ways in which they contribute to the institution and students, the preceptor's role functions as the student's closest point of reference at their various stages within the educational system — at entry, retention, and graduation. They advise, guide, and support the interaction between the institution, the student, and their families in a harmonious manner, since their intervention enables the prevention and resolution of conflicts.
Training allows the preceptor to develop a competence inherent to their role, maximizing and improving both educational quality and the quality of the role itself.
