About This Course
This Course is intended for anyone interested in learning how to correctly register a trademark, whether for personal use or to offer the service to third parties.
Throughout the training, the complete procedure before INPI will be developed, from searching trademark records to the formal submission of the application and monitoring of the process.
The Student will learn to identify the appropriate class according to the nomenclador, analyze opposition risks, interpret administrative objections, and avoid common errors that can cause rejections or delays.
In addition, strategic criteria will be addressed to properly protect a trademark, optimize costs, and provide professional advice to clients.
The objective is for the Student to be able to manage trademark registrations with technical confidence, legal judgment, and a practical approach.
