Description

In recent years, new ways of acting have been implemented
in the construction market, based on guarantee systems
of quality, which try to cover all stages of the process
building, from the promotion and commissioning of the project to the use,
maintenance and conservation of the building, thus emerging a new
concept by which the future of housing quality will be governed.
Reflection on quality implies a thermometer of social well-being

II Andalusian Housing and Land Plan as in the III Plan, in force in

value in favor of comprehensive quality, like this manual that is presented.
The experience accumulated after several years in rehabilitation
of the existing residential park allows extracting, among other things,
conclusions, that it is essential to maintain and conserve the heritage
real estate to optimize economic resources and increase
the degree of user satisfaction. For this, it is necessary a
change of mentality of both Public Administrations and
of users, technicians and promoters that puts an end to passivity
prevailing regarding the use, maintenance and conservation of
residential buildings.
