Meditation that can be said is not meditation.

Be a light to yourself.

Be yourself.

No one can teach us, we have to learn everything by ourselves.

When you know that you don't know, you know that you can't teach what you don't know.

The beginning of wisdom is knowing that we know nothing.

I don't know can't be taught, it has to be learned.
