I love being able to tell you “the story behind this tale” Who Moved My Cheese?, because
that means the book is already written and we can all approach it to read, enjoy, and discuss it
among one another.
This is something I had always wanted to happen, since the first time Spencer Johnson, already years ago,
told me his fantastic story of the “cheese“, before we wrote together “The One Minute Manager”.
I remember thinking how good the story was and how useful it would be to me from that moment on.
“Who Moved My Cheese?” is a tale about change that takes place in a maze where four
playful characters search for “cheese“. The cheese is a metaphor for what one wants to have in life, whether it is a
job, a romantic relationship, money, a large house, freedom, health, recognition, inner peace, or even an
activity such as running or playing golf.
