In this Course the Student will learn how to carry out, in a technical and well-founded manner, different types of procedures before the databases of Veraz, Nosis, and the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic.<\/p>\n
The course will cover interpretation of credit reports, debt classification, the exercise of rights to update, rectify, and delete data, and the formal procedure within the Veraz platform.<\/p>\n
The Student will understand when it is appropriate to request data deletion, how to handle cases of paid-off or time-barred debts, and what documentation must be gathered to properly support each claim.<\/p>\n
In addition, an operational step-by-step guide will be developed to act as a claims agent, minimizing errors and increasing the effectiveness of requests.<\/p>\n

En el presente curso el alumno aprender\u00e1 a realizar de manera t\u00e9cnica y fundamentada distintos tipos de tr\u00e1mites ante las bases de datos de Veraz, Nosis y Banco Central de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina. Se abordar\u00e1 la interpretaci\u00f3n de informes crediticios, la clasificaci\u00f3n de deudas, el ejercicio de derechos de actualizaci\u00f3n, rectificaci\u00f3n y supresi\u00f3n de datos, y el procedimiento formal dentro de la plataforma de Veraz. El estudiante comprender\u00e1 cu\u00e1ndo corresponde solicitar la eliminaci\u00f3n de datos, c\u00f3mo gestionar casos de deudas canceladas o prescriptas, y qu\u00e9 documentaci\u00f3n debe reunir para respaldar correctamente cada reclamo.
