In this unit, various aspects related to the labor laws and regulations that affect the administrative field are explored. Topics covered include payroll calculation, types and forms of hiring, working hours, leave (regular and special), collective bargaining agreements, holidays and nonworking days, work-related accidents, termination of employment contracts, and family allowances, among others. Through these lessons, students will gain essential knowledge of labor legislation applied to administrative secretarial work, enabling them to perform confidently and comply with legal requirements in the workplace.
