International Tourism Geography and Fundamentals of Hospitality
Unit 2 focuses on exploring the tourism geography of different regions of the world, as well as providing an introduction to the fundamental concepts of hospitality. In this unit, students will acquire knowledge about international tourist destinations and will understand the basic principles of hotel management.

Reservation, Sales, and Customer Service Management
Unit 3 focuses on key aspects related to reservation management, sales strategies, food and beverage service, guest service, and the importance of travel agencies. In this unit, students will acquire practical knowledge about managing hotel operations and customer satisfaction.
