Welcome to the Condominium Administration Course

The “Condominium Administration” Course provides us with the essential tools to carry out an efficient and effective management of property consortia in Argentina. During the course, the impact of the new Civil and Commercial Code on the administration of consortia will be analyzed, as well as key topics such as managing the Assembly of Owners, the relationship with and treatment of tenants, the proper compensation of building caretakers, the issuance of expense statements, and the accounting of funds.

In addition, the tax obligations that those who engage in condominium administration must fulfill will be examined in depth, ensuring that legal and fiscal aspects are properly covered. Building-related aspects to consider will also be addressed, to ensure that consortia comply with maintenance and safety standards.
