Introduction

Foundation of the Ontology of Language
During this unit, the basic principles that govern how we use language to construct our reality and our interactions with others will be explored.

Communication
During this unit, different elements and skills necessary for clear and assertive communication will be explored, including active listening, empathy, clarity in verbal and nonverbal expression, and adapting the message to the interlocutor.

Affirmations and Statements
During this unit, participants will learn about the power of language and how appropriate affirmations and statements can influence one's and others' thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Judgments
In this unit, the concept of judgments and their influence on our perceptions and workplace relationships is analyzed. Participants will learn to recognize and manage judgments effectively, promoting a work environment based on understanding and empathy.

Requests, Offers, and Promises
In this unit, the fundamental elements of requests, offers, and promises in the workplace are explored. Participants will learn to formulate clear requests, make effective offers, and fulfill promises, establishing workplace relationships based on trust and responsibility.

Listening
In this unit, the importance of active and empathetic listening in the workplace is emphasized. Participants will learn techniques and skills to improve their listening ability, enabling them to better understand colleagues, clients, and collaborators, and to facilitate more effective communication.

Teamwork
In this unit, the topic of teamwork and collaboration is addressed. Participants will learn strategies to foster collaboration, effective communication, and synergy within work teams, with the aim of achieving successful results and strengthening workplace relationships.

Emotional Intelligence and Leadership
In this unit, the importance of emotional intelligence in effective leadership is explored. Participants will learn to develop their emotional intelligence by understanding and managing their own emotions and those of others.

Prior to the Course

This Course gives us the opportunity to learn about and deepen personal leadership skills, facilitate the process of motivating and working with a team, improve efficiency and productivity in daily tasks. Analyze the basic duties and responsibilities of a Supervisor and for each participant to develop linguistic and emotional skills and competencies for everyday life situations, so they can exercise true leadership in their own life, in relation to themselves and others.
